Jobs in UAE – Pursuing enquiries and tenders.

Studying tender documents.

Attending pre-tender meetings with consultants clarifying technical / commercial issues.

Obtaining prices from sub-contractors / vendors from local and international sources.

Preparation of estimation, technical offers, commercial offers, completion schedules including workload allocation etc.

Carryout value engineering, preparation of alternative bid with prices more competitive than the main bid based on tender proposal so as to enhance our chances of winning contract award.

Attending post-tender meeting with the consultants / clients to clarify various issues raised by them.

Continuously pursue, negotiate and obtain contract award.

Attending post-contract meeting with the consultants / clients to conclude construction activities such as sequence of operation, completion programme, invoicing / payment terms, cash flow schedules etc.

Preparation of following for opening job card

- Allocating cost provision for each activity of project
- Project execution report for issue to various departments.
Monitoring the project during execution

Correspondence on contractual / technical issues and attending meetings

Raising claims and obtaining approvals on variations

Pursuing payment matters

Liaise on regular basis with Engineering, Planning, Workshop and Project department on project matters during execution. Parallelly, keep contact with the consultants and clients to ensure that work execution and progress are to their satisfaction.
