• To verify terms of MOUs, NDAs and other documents to ensure compliances.
• To liaise with external law firm to provide guidance on contracts
• To represent the company on some of the legal matters at court hearings, legal proceedings as per our legal law firm directors
• To validate all contracts to ensure necessary amendments suggested by law firm have been incorporated in the contract
• To ensure all legal provisions for all contracts, licences are taken care of
• To ensure legal documentation of all contracts after being signed by the signing authority.
• To be the Single Point of Contact for all legal aspects of the company.
• Communicate with external law firm & other lawyers handling legal cases of the company or any of its affiliates.
• To negotiate terms of contract to secure favorable terms.
• To ensure all concerned parties sign the final version of agreement.
• To ensure contract is executed as per terms agreed upon.
