Jobs in UAE – • Identify, evaluate and process Tenders and Bids. In-depth knowledge of Ground Transportation will be a distinct advantage.
• Coordinate Tender requirements with concerned Departments/Clients/Authorities.
• Responsible to closely follow up and monitor the Tender from inception stage until it has been awarded.
• Evaluate and understand the legal and technical aspects in Tenders and Bids.
• Maintain format of Company’s submittals; Tracking, Follow-up, Task Lists, Schedules, Critical Path, Traffic Records and Closing Case Files.
• Key Player of the overall Planning and Coordination Team; coordinating & insuring execution of tasks.
• Administrates, Organizes, Plans, Sources, Tracks & Updates all relevant Data using provided Software Application(s).
• Assist Purchasing Team with suppliers, getting Performa Invoices; negotiate for better prices & delivery period, requirements of legalized original documental for customs clearance, etc.
