Jobs in UAE: Our client, an insurance company, is looking to recruit for a Customer Service Officer to be based in their Abu Dhabi Office. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible in handling all customers complaints, ensuring that their needs and concerns are attended promptly. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to tracking and maintaining customer contact history for service, following up on those cases that need more informationdocumentation, delivering claims checks to customers, receiving claims reimbursement documents and processing transactions on the syste.

Skills
To be successful, you should be a degree holder of any course with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in an insurance sector. Proficient in Arabic and English language is highly needed with strong customer service and time management skills.
