Responsibilities:
- Ensure that liabilities and asset growth are as per stated business targets
- Develop and sustain cordial relationship with affluent community members
- Monitoring service quality and performance driven culture by ensuring that all service quality targets are met at all times
- Ensuring all problems/ complaints/ queries are handles quickly efficiently and tactfully
- Resolving escalated customer complaints and ensuring timely solutions of the same
- Ensuring implementation of all audit recommendations and minimizing occurrence of any deviations during audit checks
- Ensuring proper documentation of applications
- Managing reportees performance evaluation and training and development need identification
- Resolving customer complaints
