This role is based in Dubai and your main responsibility is to provide customer service to a wide client base.Role specifics:
(not restricted to) Ensuring fleet check is carried out each day The daily monitoring of over dues Making sure that no vehicle is transferred to main office/maintenance department with accident damage without the original claim form in the car Ensuring driver leaves the office well before the time ensuring that all deliveries are on time Ensuring that collections are done on time Check for damages when collecting a car Checking and ensuring that all special request on reservations are met Assist the manager with fleet planning and requirements for each day Regular and timely settlement of claims Resolving customer queries within set timeframe Passing of any sales leads to the sales department Verifications of all documents (Driving Licence, Passport, Work Permit/Identity Card, Visa Status, LPO, vouchers & Credit Card security) before releasing of vehicles Handling invoices with the customer before closing off contracts Participation and involvement within the business to seek opportunities and advancement.
