PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES INTERFACE WITH CUSTOMERS AND DEALORS ON SERVICEResponsible for establishing high level of rapport with customers and dealers through close interaction and timely service, obtaining regular feed back from them on service, products and problems encountered. LEADING A TEAM OF TECHNICIANSSupport the technicians in their day to day activities by providing required spare parts, the technical and moral support to attain the set customer service standard. Setting up a system of reporting daily transactions on quantity of watches received/ repaired/pending, benchmarking productivity levels and ensuring achievement. SPARE PARTS INVENTORYInterface with principal companies and suppliers for timely procurement of spare parts and accessories to maintain a cost effective inventory of spare parts. MAINTENANCE OF SERVICE CENTRE SOFTWAREEnsuring the smooth performance of Service Centre Software by proper maintenance and by providing required system support to the technical team. MAINTENANCE OF SERVICE DATA BASEResponsible for generating and maintaining an excellent data base of all service centre activities in order to satisfy the different time to time business requirements
