Job Description:
– Please be advised that we have a job requirement for a person with significant experience with Microsoft CRM software.
– They need to be able to know all operational aspects of this software, and be able to quickly know the way around our slightly tailored version.
– They need to be able to offer advice on improvements on functionality. They need to be able to ideally offer both software as well as operational support.
– In brief we are a multi–national Financial Services company that has offices around the world.
– They are a front line organization dealing with 1,000′s of retail clients – hence the need for the CRM and the need for support.
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities:
– To operate company’s database system
– To focus on bulk import to CRM system
– To maintain the company’s CRM system
Skills:
– Computer Literate
– Microsoft CRM proficient
– Microsoft Excel Proficient
