Jobs in UAE – Delegate is a software package, currently functional in Epicure Catering LLC, an established blue chip catering company within the Pragma Group stable. The system is utilised in all areas of the business including sales, purchasing, inventory management, kitchen production management and control.

The “Delegate Systems Manager” role is a newly created position required to implement, manage and control all internal processes relating to the input and output of data to/from Epicure’s Delegate System.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- To be the sole point of contact for all Delegate related matters
- To be the point of escalation (to our external Delegate technical consultant)
- To ensure all inputs to the system are accurate and timely
- To ensure all outputs of the system are accurate and timely
- To maintain controls around segregation of duties, to prevent any fraudulent activity
- To ensure all business processes related to Delegate are adhered to completely
- To fully investigate any operational system issues, with a view to thorough and timely resolution
- To evolve and improve Delegate business processes going forward
