Jobs in UAE: A high profile, Dubai based luxury FMCG organisation is seeking a charismatic and dynamic Department Manager in Footwear to be responsible for two luxury brands within the company. You will be responsible for Observing and researching the market for opportunities for introducing new products and brands. Building relationships with current and new principals as well as key customers within the market. Involved in buying activities by providing recommendations to regional distributors and retailers. Analyse and develop sales operations strategy proposals to create brand awareness and expand market share. Administer quarterly sales performance and budget for review. Provide feedback and recommend proposals on market share position, pricing policy, competitor's activities and monitor new trends in the market place for new business opportunities. Prepare all financial statement involved for profit and loss accountability for brand division.

Skills

To qualify for this role you must Be Arabic and English speaking (fluent). Have a background in footwear. Educated to degree level. Commercial experience. Strong communication, influential and negotiation skills. Strong numeric acumen (should have good solid experience working on budgets and forecasts).
