Job responsibilities will include -but not limited to- the following tasks:

* Technical and product support and guidance to all distribution partners
* Liaise with all technical and marketing personnel at Regional Office and with Principles to offer the necessary support to distribution partners & customers and fully service their accounts.
* Attend and comprehend technical training sessions and be able to provide the necessary technical support and back up to customers.
* Provide technical training to local distributors/customers;including:
i. Web marketing
ii. Presentations
iii. Seminars & workshops
iv. Develop Printed materials (Flyers, brochures, catalogs…etc.)
* Technical analysis of bids and tenders
