Responsibilities: Liaising with Producers, Digital Sr. Account Manager, Client servicing colleagues and our Client
Online Lead for goal definitions:
• Analyze web analytics to identify areas for improvement and where opportunities exist for enhancing customer experience and increasing conversion rates.
• Provide weekly/ monthly analysis results and recommendations based on, but not limited to, the following:
- Unique Visitors, Visits, Page Views, Clicks, Registrations, Downloads, etc.
- Visitor segmenting and profiling
- Online visitor behavior
- Sources and referrals of traffic
- User paths through various web properties
- Online Advertising (on and off network)
- Search Engine Optimization
• Advise on how to meet the marketing objectives:
- Advise on key metrics to measure
- Create custom Scorecards based on site goals
- Analyze web analytics and other offline data to evaluate site performance
- Define A/B test scenarios and define success metrics
- Offer training sessions and resources on how to enhance customer experience and increase conversion rates
• Participate in online training provided by our Client Corp
• Liaising with the our Client Online lead to ensure that local needs are being met, as well as to communicate new requirements
• Develop, maintain and present site analysis reports, scorecards and dashboards on the overall performance and trending of Client.com/country as well as provide recommendations to better leverage our Client.com as a marketing tool
• Work with the on-site web development team to ensure web measurement tagging is coded correctly on the pages as well as troubleshooting technical issues as they arise
• Evangelize, train and educate on the benefits and value of digital marketing measurement
