As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently developing and managing short- and long-term digital activities and producing hard ROI. You will actively monitor, guide and support Jumeirah brand standards implementation, alignment/compliance within the Business Unit digital platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning, developing, executing and periodically adjusting comprehensive digital marketing strategies and programs in support of cluster objectives;
Ensuring that digital channels are used effectively and in line with brand standards;
Working directly with group and cluster marketing colleagues to achieve performance of lead measures (in line with Great Leaders methodology), by developing marketing initiatives that measurably increase website visits, conversion ration and online bookings for rooms and restaurants;
Monitoring social media websites – Trip Advisor, Twitter, Facebook and putting in place a social media activation strategy to achieve the lead measures;
Managing agency relationships (advertising, graphic design, printing, promotional events,media) to educate and ensure that these partners truly understand and can maximize the value of the Jumeirah brand;
Tracking and analysing all campaigns using coremetrics, hitwise and google analytics.
