As the Director of Marketing for the Middle East and Africa region, you will create and execute all marketing functions and manage the pipeline of business opportunities to increase business growth. Through research and understanding the business of your prospects, you will identify current business trends that may impact their success and develop key messages and innovative consulting solutions that will resonate with executives. Your goal is to qualify the best opportunities for client engagements with Gallup partners and consultants, positioning Gallup’s performance management and business advisory services. You are on the leading edge of the business development team, energising and supporting the group in the strategic pursuit of new clients within your target markets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing a growing pipeline of top prospects
• Informing potential clients about Gallup’s services
• Marketing Gallup’s solutions via in-person meetings, telephone calls, mailings and networking
• Strategising with the Partner Team about new business and account penetration, creating solution proposals, establishing pricing and budgets

Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience initiating new business in a sales or marketing function (preferably in the consulting or service industry) in the Middle East region
• Proven success in marketing an organisation’s services
• Ability and willingness to travel freely around the Middle East region
• A top academic graduate degree in business or social sciences
