Jobs in UAE – Our client, a high profile company is seeking to recruit a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing reporting to the General Manager POSITION SUMMARY Responsible to develop the Commercial Strategic Plan for ASECL in association with the different company's operating Business Units that will allow the Company to offer an integrated logistics solutions to Iraqi Ministries, Government Humanitarian Organizations and Multi-national Companies operating in Iraq. Once the Plan is approved by the Managing Director and EMC, the Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for full implementation. As Keeper of ASECL's core Sales and Marketing functions, the Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for the Progressive Awareness and Coherent Communication Strategies and Business Development of ASECL while effectively managing the Sales and Marketing Team. To effectively and seamlessly engage with Iraqi Government and Multi-national Agencies as well as Companies involved in reconstruction, oil and gas and other. Responsible for achieving Commercial Revenue Goals set by the Managing Director and approved by the EMC. This position will be primarily based in Iraq, with regular visits to UAE (Dubai) and Jordan.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop the Commercial Strategic Plan for ASECL including identifying opportunities,defining services aligned with capabilities and pricing. Prepares and develops an Operational Sales and Marketing Platform and Structural Set-up for ASECL based on established Business Objectives, Targets and Profitability Benchmarks. Implements effective and cost efficient Business Strategies for ASECL to collectively contribute to the profitable operations and growth of ASECL. Conducts periodic reviews of Business, Sales and Marketing Strategies for ASECL to evaluate if the set objectives are being met. Defines new and builds loyalty Client Customer Relations.
