As the head of the Projects Team, the Division Manager will report to the Executive Director / Strategic Affairs and will:
Manage and oversee the ORGANISATION’S strategic planning process, including but not limited to the development, consolidation and integration of five year strategic plans and detailed business plans, in coordination with all the sectors; as well as support content development and coordinate coaching of strategic planning teams within THE ORGANISATION’S (P-12, Higher Education, Technical and Professional Education, School Operations, and Support Services Sectors) in problem-solving methods, work methods, consensus-building activities, as well as training in skills, methods, and techniques necessary for carrying out strategic planning for all Sectors
Lead delivery of special requests – ranging from full policy studies and modeling to quick ad hoc-analytical projects and strategic presentations – required by THE ORGANISATIONS’ senior management, including
Coordinating with the Director-General, Executive Director/Strategic Affairs and Sector Heads to shape the strategic agenda and to identify needs for Projects Team support and updating them regularly on the Team’s efforts
Leading work planning;
Supporting and coaching the project teams in their problem-solving;
Ensuring coherence and clarity of team analysis and deliverables
Manage the Projects Team (Division Manager+ 2 Project Managers + 7 Analysts/Senior Analysts)
