Our client, a leading Oil company, is focusing on UAE operations with resident and rotational positions available for drilling professionals throughout the UAE.
The project will begin late in 2009.
Report to: Drilling Manager
The Drilling Superintendent will be responsible for the following;
• Implementation of Well Operations Programmes.
• Identification of equipment and material requirements with operations team.
• Ensure implementation of simultaneous operations procedures and a seamless transition with offshore installation managers and staff.
• Coordination of logistics support for rig operations.
• Liaison with engineering team to provide operational input to planning process.
• Cost control and management.
• Emergency response plans and procedures.
• Liaison with the Production, Facilities Field teams.
• Lead root causes analysis on safety and performance related issues
