Job Description:
– Previous Experience in Health Insurance companies is required
– Deal with medical queries from members logged through the call center
– Provide expert opinion on the medical options available to the members
– Ensure that the quality of service offered by network providers is as per contact
– Provide information on latest trends and treatment options within the health care industry
– Build relationships with existing networks
– Provide authorizations for complex or costly treatments
– options that require pre–authorization from Almadallah
– Develop partnerships with new service providers
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
