Jobs in UAE – 1)To supervise the implementation of the quality plan for all the operations performed by the construction team and to report to the Site Manager on a daily basis.
2)To ensure that all instructions relating to the inspections are performed. Implementation of codes, standards and regulations are made available to the inspectors.
3)To collect the inspection documents, to check the results found and to arrange for their recording and circulation.
4)To record all the deviations found by the inspectors, explained in detail & to submit the remedial actions to the site Manager & to ensure that they are carried out.
5)The Material Control department is responsible for the receipt of all materials including construction, commissioning and maintenance spares.
6)The QC personnel have to verify the acceptance and storage procedures for the material and equipment and to ensure that the follow-up documents are correctly processed.
7)To notify CEGELEC’s Site Manager in case of material non-conformities by means of a non-conformity report.
8)To perform all the inspections and verifications as per the test procedures.
9)To liaise with painting subcontractor and carry out inspection of painting works in accordance with specifications and procedure.
10)To periodically verify the condition of the test equipment and calibration due date.

CEGELEC’s QC Supervisor shall ensure that the quality of the delivered materials/equipment is as per the quality requirements (project contract and DEP-Shell guidelines) and purchase order. This report will be submitted to the Site Manager for approval and further necessary actions.
CEGELEC QC Supervisor shall check the complete items and review the relevant records to verify that the requirements of client’s specifications are met.
The same QC Engineer/ Quality Controller shall be responsible for Civil, HVAC and E/I Quality Assurance and Control.
