Being aware of the day to day plans of others and to guide the efforts in the proper direction that the projects need to take.
•Reviews, analyzes and resolves the mechanical and electrical (M/E) field construction designs problems, discrepancies or interference’s with M/E contractors.
•Coordinates the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements of all projects, partner with contractors and design engineers, identify and resolve all potential interference and conflicts.
•Provides interpretation of plan, detail sheets, and specifications for M/E contractors or craft supervision.
•Participates in evaluating contractors’ proposals on tenders.
•Participates in project negotiations with contractors/ bidders.
•Follows up with Consultants in developing MEP designs.
•Ensures accurate execution of MEP work.
•Maintains design documents on files properly and ensuring easily retrievals.
