- The primary purpose of the position is to lead a team of electricians and maintain harmonious working relationships.
- Interpret instructions and related information into meaningful work.
- Check and sign work orders and review equipment maintenance history
- Plan & schedule labour, material and equipment efficiently and within set time frames.
- Supervise and coordinate training activities
- Take care of the client satisfaction.

Essential functions of the job include:
- Supervise activities of workers engaged in electrical and instrumentation activities.
- Maintain, install and troubleshoot process control systems comprised of transmitters, controllers, valves, and distributed control systems.
- Calibrate, monitor and repair all field instruments such as transmitters, controllers, valves, plant safety systems, plant power systems, and conductivity meters.
- Assign technicians to jobs reviewed by the LTC Supervisors and work closely with Production to planned maintenance activities daily
- Ensure that all equipments are safely released to the technicians.
- Implement technicians’ training and testing program to ensure skill sets are kept current.
- Monitor maintenance requirements and ensure all work orders are completed and closed out properly in the system.
- Coordinate and direct outside contractors and vendors as required

- Having multi-skills flavored with business essences.
- Utilizing computer aided designs to smoothen and improve the production process.
- Keeping breakdowns to the minimum.
- Job completed on time.
- Good knowledge of equipment history.
- Carrying out regular repairs to minimize equipment/ operations down time.
- Rational use of materials and spares.
- Equipment/plant is available and ready for commissioning on time.
- Positive personality that could cope with working staff.
