As an Emerging Leader Consultant, you will participate in an extensive, individualised training and development programme to learn Gallup’s unique approach to consulting and business development. Emerging Leader Consultants will work with our Partners and client leaders to serve our global clients. As they demonstrate a mastery of Gallup’s practices and processes, the Emerging Leader Consultants will gain absolute responsibility for creating, managing and growing these important client relationships.

Requirements
• A top academic graduate degree in business or social sciences and at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development or performance management consulting
• Ability and willingness to travel freely around the Middle East region
• Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable
