Job Description: – Licensed individual with 10+ years experience in site design and land development.
– Demonstrated successful experience in Design and Project Management for Storm Water Design, Detention Design, Subdivision Layout and Design and Commercial Site Design. AutoCAD LDT and Civil 3D preferred.
–LEED accreditation a real plus.
–The successful candidate must have strong communication and project management skills and be interested in business development.
–The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing projects from start to finish.
–Green Design, Sustainable Development, and hydraulics and hydrology. : any candidate with these skills in their background in addition to the requisites listed previously would receive strong consideration.

Skills:
– Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. LEED Certifications with 10+yrs of experience in Construction of High Rise Buildings & Villas.
– Expereince in LEED Rating System, Green Buildings, Implementation of LEED plans for new buildings, Documentation, Confident in Interacting with International Clients and Consultant.
