Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for planning, supervising and assessing the plans/ design drawings/ projects/ equipments and any other complex engineering inputs provided by the professional & technical staff, PM company, or consultants, and/ or contractors engaged in the infrastructure, building works, utilities, and related support construction work. With minimum 10 years of proven technical expertise, this position requires a person with superb engineering management and leadership skills, with proven ability of managing a strong and diverse engineering workforce. An analytical decision maker, he/she must also have strong technical orientation, commercial acumen, excellent project & time management skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure. He/she must have a degree in Civil Engineering with proficiency in technical software such as CAD and Primavera. Knowledge of UAE local statutes, ordinances and regulations, including international codes & standards, is essential for the position.

Skills:
– Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering With 10+yrs of experience in Construction of Buildings & Villas Projects.
– Experience in Form Works (Technical and Commercial Aspects), Propping & Scaffolding Management.
– To Manage FPS Division.
