Jobs in UAE – Our client, an international Management Consultancy firm is urgently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their expanding team in assisting major corporations worldwide with strategy formulation, acquisitions, organisational design and performance improvement. Whilst being based on reception you will be assisting the managing directors and acting essentially as an Executive Assistant. Your other duties will include Managing the reception, greeting guests, answering incoming calls and at the same time providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support services to assigned Managers and HR Department Encoding and verifying written and verbal correspondence in English Coordinating and arranging meetings,travel scheduling, coordinating internal and external communications, slide production, liaison activities and related ad hoc requests and duties under the direction of and as assigned by Managers Assisting the HR department with the Recruiting and HR internal processes Producing computer graphics for client presentations using PowerPoint and Wizard Processing Manager's expenses and time reports submitting to the Finance Organising and providing file management support to Managers and HR Department Maintaining accurate records and files including information related to assigned clients, cases, practice areas and HR related programs when required Arranging internal meetings for Managers and HR and at the same time ensuring the schedules and ordering-setup of conference room are properly coordinated Sustaining a variety of internal programs and initiatives as required including recruitment program support and participating in the organization of company sponsored activities Performing other related duties as responsibilities dictate.
