Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with domestic and international clients, to coordinate a variety of meetings.3. Arranges appointments and maintains all the Director's calendar and ascertain which events require their presence.4. Preparing agendas and other material for the Director's for use on official meetings.5. Organize Director's meetings6. Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings and follows up on actions as necessary.7. Monitors follow through on decesions taken at meetings and prepare status reports as necessary.8. Ensures that correspondence intended for Director's signature is accurate and properly addressed.9. Handling all emails and correspondence confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.10. Maintains up-to-date lists of all the domestic and international clients.11. Work closely with the Directors to coordinate and launch email campaigns to consultants, clients and potential clients.12. Coordinates, arranges and schedules all meetings hosted by the Directors.13. Take initiative in Director's absenceProjects 1. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.2. Seek greater role in projects within administrative and other areas of competence.3. Relieve management of administrative detail, all projects.4. Assist Directors with preparation of presentation materials for projects.5. Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.6. Preparing draft quotes for projects.7. Handling the logistics part of projects.
