Position Purpose o Managing the cash flow of the organization, including all subsidiary businesses. Position Scopeo Pulling cash deposits from our client subsidiary businesses into Corporate HQ. o Advising on investments for the group. Principal AccountabilitiesStrategic o Develop relationships with all relevant stakeholders across the group, including subsidiary Finance departments to senior Management within subsidiary operations.Managerialo Part of the HQ Finance team, reporting to the CFO, directly managing a Finance Officer. SupervisesResponsible For o Cash flow management and forecasting. o Managing treasuring activities in accordance with Group policy and instructions of Group Treasury. o Ensuring accounting and Treasury policies and guidelines are fully implemented and complied with. o Maintaining transfer pricing policy and documentations for trade related intercompany transactions. o Conducting on-going analysis of company's financial performance. o Participating in the company and group level planning, forecasting and budgeting. o Interacting with UAE management team and regional management team and participating in management meetings and business reviews. o Managing, developing, coaching and conducting performance reviews of subordinates. o Bookkeeping, accounts and budget forecast preparation. o This person will be a key player in the implementation of the improvement Plan within the department. o Managing the staff within the area of responsibility. o Preparation of financial and management accounting information. o Preparation of monthly performance reports. o Liaising with both internal and external audit staff to ensure the rapid completion of audit reports and corrective actions. o Preparing financial studies and analysis to support the decision making processes of the company. TBD further with our client Requirements o Have a minimum of 10 years experience andor training or equivalent combination of education and experience working in similar role preferably within the GCC region. o Computer literate with recent use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, recent use of Internet for research purposes, recent use of email for communication, and financial modules or applications within ERP Systems.
