Handle the business finance –retail banking for their offices in Kuwait.

Role:
Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the bank’s Kuwait business.

Provide leadership and coordination in the business planning, budgeting, performance measurement and administrative efforts of the Kuwait office.

Provide reporting and analytical support to Retail Banking Group senior management.

Analyze key business indicators and provide recommendations for enhancing profitability of the Business.

Assist on an ongoing basis business decisions and provide executive assistance to group heads office on all financial matters

Conduct monthly operating review meeting with all unit heads to review sales performance, P&L performance and highlight risks and opportunities

Ensure compliance to management accounting and international accounting standards adopted by the bank.
