Job Description:
– Involved in designing and evaluating business processes, budgeting and forecasting, implementing and monitoring internal controls, and analyzing, synthesizing, and aggregating information.
– Preparation and presentation of financial and other decision oriented information, to provide the management with the basis to make informed business decisions that will allow them to be better equipped in their management and control functions.
– Your work could include: preparing regular financial statements and accounts, such as profit and loss accounts
– Monitoring spending, costs and budgets
– Analyzing the companys financial performance
– Forecasting and planning future spending and profits
– Recommending ways to reduce costs and increase profits
– Making business decisions, along with other managers
– Carrying out internal audits of various departments
– Providing external auditors with the company reports and financial data they need
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Education: Masters Degree
Responsibilities:

– Ideally with Real Estate Development experience within Middle East.
– Minimum 5–7 years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
– CMA / CPA certified.
