Job Description:
– Strong experience business acumen

– Leadership skills is essentials as is the ability to put your ideas across to staff at all levels

– The ideal candidate will have seven or more years experience, some of which will have been in a consultancy / professional services environment handling project based accounting.

– Communication skills (which comes with leadership) will be essential so as to relay important ideas to Country Managers.

– Exceptional analytical, negotiation and problem–resolution skills.

– Reputation for integrity, follow–through and commitment to excellence.

– Strong team builder and team player.

– Qualified accountant with a background and track record in medium sized business.

– Highly driven individual with a thrive not survive attitude.

– An ability to manage a varied workload and see projects through to completion is a must

– 8–10 years MNC experience. International exposure highly preferable.

– Multilingual skills, with fluency in English and French highly preferable

– Willingness to travel to oversees operations.

– Sense of humour.

– Working closely with and reporting to the Chairman, our client is searching for an accomplished Financial Executive who draws upon extensive P&L/general management, finance and operations background to drive profit and efficiency gains while fortifying revenue stream and market position

– Experience of having built up systems from a relatively low level of existence
