Our client, the most respected and successful private premium Developers is currently seeking to recruit Financial ControllerThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to work in a challenging and rewarding position supporting the leadership team of this dynamic business.Your duties will includeThis position will support the leadership team to establish and maintain effective financial management and control across company projects and operations.Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a high profile and demanding role for someone with a track record of success in senior financial management. As the Financial Controller you will manage a small professional finance team and have responsibility for the group's forecasting and budgeting, accounting, finance and treasury to ensure that company finances are monitored and controlled to enable the business to achieve its startegic objectives.You will need to develop and monitor Group policies and procedures to ensure that there is sound financial management, adherence to strong financial controls and procedures and compliance with IFRS accounting standards and the reporting requirements of regulatory authorities such as RERA.In addition to monitoring and controlling existing businesses you will assist the CFO and the leadership team in the evaluation and set up of new business opportunities as and when they may arise.
