The incumbent will provide exceptional advisory services in compliance with Ernst & Young’s professional standards. Manager/Senior Manager will lead multiple client engagement teams and will work with a wide variety of clients. He/She will be accountable for business development activities on medium sized accounts.

General Roles &
Responsibilities:
· Work will include scoping, proposal writing, planning, and execution of FSRM projects covering the following:
• Business development;
• Credit, market, operational, and liquidity risk management;
• Basel II and Solvency II gap analysis and implementation;
• Developing risk policies and procedures;
• Set-up and design of risk management function and processes;
• Financial modeling;
• Selection of IT systems for risk measurement and Basel II;
• Pricing techniques (including derivatives and structured products);
• Risk-related services for real estate industry;
• RAROC and economic capital computation.
Coach the team in the field on engagements in the context of a client and ensures that the work plan is properly executed by the team, and documented and concluded in compliance with organization and service line policies and protocols.
Coordinates all engagement activities, serving as link between engagement team, engagement partner, and to some extent, client personnel.
Responsible for managing and leading large-scale, multiple engagements to deliver innovative and insightful deliverables. Responsible for managing and developing client service team members and for identifying and setting opportunities for the organization generally across their client base.
Financial Growth
Contribute to the growth by ensuring clients engagements are executed in an efficient manner. Identify and follow up on opportunities to provide new services.
Looks for new opportunities by forecasting client needs.
Manages engagement profitability and be accountable for the economics of the engagement.
Keep current on the market and monitor developments by competitors.
Service Quality / Client care
Manage client expectations and communicates directly with the partner.
Ensure client deliverables are quality focused and delivered on a timely basis.
Effectively manage risk and quality of an account
Demonstrate business judgment in advising clients i.e. perceived value add in addition to our scope of work, yet managing risks
Develop new and refine existing EY products to meet with clients and market requirements, yet complying with EY risk management policies.
Develop the opportunities to participate and contribute at conferences, seminars and author articles, where relevant.
Operational Excellence
Ensure engagements are executed in accordance with the firm’s methodologies, guidance and professional standards
Manage risk to the firm by adhering to the risk management policies and procedures and ensuring significant risks are identified and addressed.
Maintain contacts with various subject matter experts and solution teams from other offices to leverage inter-office expertise and experience.
Play a leadership role in educating others in the team (engagement acceptance, risk management, admin, etc.)
Human Resources
Leads engagement teams with clear expectations from them on the engagements/ assignments.
Actively develops our professionals by providing day-to-day guidance, feedback and on-the-job coaching
Mentor new staff in the team, ensuring a structured career path for each with a clearly defined, corresponding training program.
Participate in recruitment and develop and help staff identify their training & development needs and encourage the potential within all staff to take on challenging opportunities.
