Develop and implement Marina Circuit Fleet Management Plan for the following vehicle types (over 60 vehicles):
- Emergency
- Maintenance/Plant
- Executive
- Sporting e.g. safety cars
Develop and implement Major Event Fleet Management Plan for the following vehicle types (over 150 vehicles):
- Emergency
- Maintenance/Plant
- Executive
- Sporting e.g. safety cars
Manage two onsite fuel stations
Manage service agreements, warranties and rentals
Develop and manage drivers
