Jobs in UAE – Our client, a multinational logistics company based in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking to recruit a Freight Forwarding Manager to effectively manage the Freight Forwarding Operations & Customer service Unit. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-

Ensure timely completion of operations as agreed with the customers;
Investigate and analyze the reasons for time delays in completion of operations;
Ensure that documents related to all import and export shipments are accurately maintained;
Coordinate with the customs clearance manager to ensure that all the documents are cleared and all relevant formalities are complied with;
Ensure timely feedback on shipment status to clients;
Ensure strict compliance of control in-house operations;
Manage key accounts and maintain excellent relationship with them to facilitate the business;
Monitor the department’s performance and ensures that work flows smoothly;
Any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies.
