French Speaking IT Service Desk Analyst

Jobs in UAE – A leading multi-national oilfield services provider is looking for French Speaking IT Professionals to work as IT Help Desk Analysts in their Middle East head office in Dubai. As a Help Desk analyst you will be expected to act as the first point of contact for all IT related issues for the company’s employees across Middle East, Africa and Europe. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1) Troubleshooting IT related incidents
2) Receiving contacts (Voice, Email, Web, Fax)
3) Resolving Incidents, Requests and Changes
4) Referring Incidents, Requests and Changes
5) Providing High Quality Customer Service

The work will be in 9 hour Shifts covering the hours from 10AM-11PM.
You will be responsible for assisting French and English Speaking customers. Hence, it is imperative that you have strong communication skills in both English and French.
The Work Week is 5 days with a 2 day weekend. The weekend is Sat-Sun.
Work will continue on Public Holidays and employees are compensated for the Holidays later on.
