Jobs in UAE – Applicants should have minimum 15 years property leasing experience, ideally progressing steadily from a leasing Representative/Executive role through to a GM position without stepping out of the industry. Through applicants with some sales experience may also be considered. You should have experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Pricing, Managing Team leaders, bottom line responsibility and generating Revenue. You should be smart, well presented, have excellent market knowledge, be comfortable presenting to Boards and Customers, be strong leader, a good team player and have excellent communications skills.
