To succeed as the General Manager, candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven record of automotive sales, and the drive, motivation, personality and enthusiasm to succeed. Under general supervision, plans, direct, and motivate the whole team in achieving the company’s mission and vision into reality.

Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards:
Duties / functions may include, but are not limited to the following disciplines:

• Devise and embark on a Business Plan and strategies together with the Board of Directors;
• Formulate, maintain, and implement a company policy, & rules and regulations to be adhered to by the entire team;
• Determines the need to recruit and hire manpower;
• Manages the day to day operation of the company, to ensure the smooth flow of the work;
• Assess and approve, all the proposals pertaining to promotional marketing campaigns, material procurements and acquisitions, etc;
• Closely work with the team in analyzing approach and tactics to drive sales and reach the targeted quota;
• Analyzes financial statements, manages cash flow and establish a standard control to safeguard and to regulate funds; and
• Perform related duties as required.
