We are separating our Lexus brand to stand alone and have a new role of General Managerto lead this process and then to guide the brand to its well deserved sales results.The GM will be responsible to re-setthe brand in the retail sector and then ensure alignment of all the Lexus business components to deliver the vision for the brand. Specifically, the GM will have a heavy salesfocus for both the retail and distribution parts of the business. This is a hands on role for a GM who likes to be on the floor, moving with customers, understanding the niche market and exceeding its expectations with a superb customer experience. You will set and maintain the highest standards for your team, your facilities, your processes and most of all your results.
