Our Client, an established group holding a number of car brands have an immediate opportunity for a highly motivated General Manager to assume responsibility for one of their passenger car brands.
Responsibilities
Operational and strategic responsibility for our luxury brand segment
Management of Profit & Loss for all divisions and review variances to plan with line managers
Review revenue margins and identify growth opportunities
Undertake competitor and trend analysis based on prevailing market conditions
Plan and implement business development plans with the solid backing of suitable marketing strategies, quantifying revenue stream, operating costs and estimated profits
Build a strong team of personnel that will drive the business forward and deliver the best levels of customer service
Ensure the brand image and performance is in line with manufacturer guidelines and the Board’s expectations
