Responsible for all phases of planning and execution of subsea services.
Overall leadership for various offshore disciplines within the organisation such as Diving as Remote Operated Vehicles.
Development of operations procedures, policies and systems and improvement of established procedures and systems.
Development of the base asset management functions such that it delivers timely support to offshore operations. Manage onshore base to support all facets of offshore subsea spreads
Responsible for direction, coordination and control and timely delivery of multiple offshore projects. Oversee operations from planning to execution
Evaluate project planning and management requirements and allocate resources accordingly
Responsible for overall creation and management of subcontractor and supplier relationships. Monitor subcontractors performance to ensure timely delivery of services.
Responsible for delivery of services to clients in a satisfactory and cost-effective manner.
Ensure that the scope of work is perfectly implemented in a timely manner to the required standard
Ensure adherence to proper HSEQ policies and suggest ways and means of improvement
Liaise with clients representatives for management of interfaces with authorities and other third parties

Educational Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Subsea Engineering
