Our client, a large wildlife park and resort based in the UAE, is searching for a Guest Service Park Operations Manager.Your responsibilities will include- The management and oversight of the daily operations of the Admissions, Attractions and Park Services department.- The development of strategic departmental planning and annual budgeting for the area- The management and motivation of a team of managers, supervisors and front line guest staff.- Demonstration of leadership throughout the process of training of staff, to include applicable laws, guidelines, business conduct and ethics and the provision of quality services to guests and employees.- Ensuring that all financial reports and measurement tools are used to actively monitor income and expenses.
