Job Role

a) Responsible for marketing and generating footfalls for retail chain of stores.
b) Develops & Implement a focused & comprehensive Marketing plan and Budget for GCC region
c) Develops marketing strategies, allocates advertising & promotion budgets and ensures implementation.
d) Develops strategic plans for Events , Sponsorships & Promotions across Categories.
e) Develops Brand Marketing Plans & Strategies
f) Monitor implementation of the Advertising Campaigns, assesses effectiveness, monitor effective utilization of budgets and advises corrective measures.
g) Monitor implementation of the Media Plans, assesses effectiveness, monitors effective utilization of budgets and advises corrective measures
h) Develops comprehensive CRM strategy
i) Review performance of the Marketing team, set benchmarks to measure and improve performance

Candidate Profile

a) MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute
b) At least 10 yrs. Of experience in a reputed Retail or FMCG Company out of which at least 2 years as Head of function
c) Excellent communication skills
d) Ability to work under pressure
e) Should be able to handle team
f) Knowledge of Arabic will be an additional advantage

Salary

Negotiable as per the skill and competencies of the candidate
