• Have the capability to oversee and moreover to go through the details
• With key strengths by being multi-skilled, energetic and out performer
• Have the capacity to deal with various units within organization (finance, marketing, legal, hr and admin); and has the fundamentals of there operations
• Up-to-date with industry/ technology trends in the field of central labs
• Process oriented, analytical and hands on with central labs process and procedures to deal with: agricultural, food, material, environmental
• Have the capacity of development of the project both as training unit and as production unit
• Multi-skilled has the technical depth and know how, flavored with business essences
• Capability of developing process in a professional way to assure clear track records are maintained for overall project bidding phases and as well as after contract.
• Capability of utilizing computer aided software to smoothen the procurement process.
