Jobs in UAE – - Prepare proposals for policies and procedures for the Financial Planning Section, coordinate with other sections and the Financial Planning and budgeting Manager, make appropriate recommendations and obtain necessary approvals before implementation. – Assist in creating and implementing a value-added Financial Planning strategy in line with the business needs to ensure improvement in the competitiveness and the performance of the Financial Planning function. – Ensure that the Organization meets its financial targets and achieves value for money through delivering excellence in financial planning, cost modeling, business medaling and strategic forecasting processes. – Oversee the analysis of the organization's overall financial status and needs. – Supervise direct market research projects aiming to develop a benchmarking framework on financial planning with similar local and international organizations. – Coordinate with Divisions to gather relevant information and link their financial goals with their strategic objectives. – Liaise with the Department of Finance and the relevant Government entities on issues related to financial planning- Support and supervise the development and evaluation of the financial planning elements relevant to our organization tactical and strategic financial plans- Oversee areas relevant to financial planning requiring further investigation for future success and recommend necessary actions. – Ensure appropriate financial plans are developed for each Division based on the researches conducted and the data collected and analyzed. – Provide guidance on financial planning matters and ensure up to date financial planning information is disseminated across the organization to aid the Leaders in their strategic decision making. Supervise the preparation and submittal of appropriate documents aiming at guiding the- implementation of the financial plans selected. – Ensure financial plans are periodically and adequately reviewed and revised based on modified needs of the organization or based on changes in the investment market. – Provide coaching mentoring to subordinates in the section in the optimization of their personal potential, so that the Financial Planning Section's objectives are met andor exceeded. – Schedule and conduct periodic staff meetings with the team within the Financial Planning Section as required. – Follow Human Resources policies and procedures for all people management aspects. – Develop a positive work environment and encourage teamwork- Serve as a professional role model and mentor to staff. – Evaluate subordinates performance and give them the timely feedback- Orient new subordinates on the Financial Planning Section's activities.
