Responsibilities:

FUNCTIONAL – COMMERCIAL

Service the relationship between Marina Circuit and the “Right’s Holder /s”

Responsible for a team of Hospitality Sales and Hospitality Support professionals.

Develop turn-key Hospitality offerings on Marina Circuit – large scale events (including track events) to personal intimate events.

Plan, execute and manage all logistical requirements relating to the Hospitality Events

Negotiate with and secure commercial agreements / contractual agreements with key sponsors / clients / partners / suppliers and caterers

Plan, execute and lead a relationship-building and communication program between co. and the Sponsor / Partner / Client and suppliers / caterers

Lead the sales activity on large or strategically important sales opportunities in collaboration with management.

Negotiate global agreements in collaboration with management with the Customer and manage, review and renew such agreements as required to maximise business for co. and support co. relations.

Facilitate interaction with Customer to ensure all Customer enquiries and service queries are effectively responded to, followed up, and closed to the Customer’s satisfaction.

ORGANISATIONAL

Build and maintain close, effective, working relationships with Hospitality Rights Holder(s) / Customers / Partners / Sponsors / caterers and Suppliers

Ensure management are aware of all sales opportunities in the area, and agree with management the best way to capture such opportunities, including support required from the job-holder.

Maintain a register of all group contracts and other agreements with the Customer, Supplier, caterer etc.

Monitor, record, analyse and report on activities, trends and new developments between co. and the Customer / Partner / Sponsor / Supplier / Caterer
