• Implement initiatives within the Business Excellence framework (EFQM Model).

• Prepare the organization for participating in Business Excellence awards.

• Analyze results of Excellence Awards and build clear action plans to close gaps unveiled.

• Research and recommend relevant standards and frameworks at national, regional and international level for TQM implementation and participation.

• Coordinate with external agencies like Research agencies for Surveys, third party/ ISO certification agencies and professional bodies like Dubai Quality Group.

Skills

1) Training/ Courses attended should include: ISO:14000 Awareness training course, ISO:14000 Lead Auditor/ Internal Auditor, OHSAS : 18000 Awareness 2) Training course, Business Excellence – EFQM framework. OHSAS: 18000 Lead Auditor/ Internal Auditor Course and Business Excellence – EFQM Assessor are preferred.

3) Highly proficient in MS office – Excel, Power point, Word

Education
