• To manage the relocation of the office
• Translate business strategies and objectives into the appropriate HR actions and initiatives.
• Ensure proper implementation and execution of HR programs and initiatives.
• Manage employee relations issues
• Help employees solve issues related to benefits and payroll
• Maintain and implement the HR policies & procedures
• Ensuring compliance in statutory regulations
• Providing HR advice, guidance, assistance and support to individuals and line managers
• Develop and maintain appropriate employment records and systems
• Coordinate with Line Managers for Induction & Training
• Performance Management System
• Coordinate with PRO for all Visa & Labor Card related activities.
• To support all HR activities
