- Assist with the preparation and distribution of payroll

- Handle and prepare related documents of new employees like forms of undertaking (resignation, visa, bank declaration)

- Prepare reports of new employees (joining date, position and visa expiration)

- Arrange and prepare any related documents for training and materials

- Pay slip distribution

- Time and attendance records

- Leave monitoring

- Encoding of new employee records/information

- Attend to help any administrative works that may be required

- Prepare medical insurance application and documents of employees

- Issue warnings to staff following company policy when necessary

- Assisting with all HR Issues
