Job Description:
– administration for internal staff of Almadallah
– Organize and Assist with basic HR functions such as recruiting, issuing employment contracts, visa applications, training, inductions, appraisals from management
– Oversee the payroll supervise all the administrative functions that allow for smooth operations within Almadallah
– Arrange meetings, deal with post and emails, keep personal records, control the office budget, order office furniture and equipment and oversee the maintenance and repairs within the office premises
– Provide administrative support to other departments when required

Experience: 1 – 5 Years

Education: Bachelors Degree
