Develop HR Systems and programs in order to attract, motivate and retain good staff in line with best international HR practices and enable the Company to achieve its strategic objectives.
Recommend improvements to departmental procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering a specific area of HRD activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
Design merit schemes, develop proposals and train staff in its proper implementation
Develop the system for Manpower Planning including the formats. Receive Manpower Planning information and analyse it to develop manpower plans for the recruitment, training, development of staff in the Company.
